How to use Essential Oils in an Oil Burner

Using essential oils in an oil burner is a simple and effective way to create a fragrant and calming environment.

  1. Place the oil burner on a flat, heat-resistant surface such as a countertop or ledge, away from flammable objects. Ensure the burner is out of reach of children and pets.

  2. Fill the top bowl of the oil burner with clean water. Use enough to last as long as you want the fragrance to diffuse (usually 2-4 hours), but don’t overfill it.

  3. Add 3–5 drops of essential oil to the water. Adjust the number of drops based on your room size and scent preference. All our essential oils are pure so a few drops is all it takes to freshen your home and mind.

  4. Place a lit tea light candle in the base of the burner. The flame will heat the water, causing the essential oil to evaporate and release its aroma into the air.

  5. Check the water level from time to time. If it gets low, add more water to prevent burning the bowl or the oil, which could create unpleasant smells or damage the burner.

  6. When you’re done, extinguish the candle safely. Allow the burner to cool before cleaning or handling

Our essential oils are 100% pure. They are made from high quality plant extracts and are available in our signature scents. We also have them available in a gift box of 3 essential oils. Or you can purchase our diffuser gift set.
