Our Diffusers

How long does a diffuser last?

Our Essential Oil Diffusers are long-lasting and our 100ml bottles should last a minimum of three months. To ensure longevity please place your reed diffuser out of direct sun-light and heat as this will cause the oil to evaporate quicker than normal. 

Our 250ml diffusers can be expected to last at least 7 months. Factors such as amount of reed sticks used will affect how long your essential oil diffuser will last

How many reed sticks should I use?

How many reed sticks you want to use is completely up to you. If you only want a very subtle scent then three is probably enough. If you would like a stronger scent then six would be plenty. Remeber to flip them for a scent boost.

What ingredients are in a diffuser oil?

A reed diffuser relies on a method called cold diffusion. Without a base, the essential oils are to thick to travel up the reed sticks and require thinning out. Our diffusers are made with our fragrance oils which are all natural essential oils and our diffuser base which consists of denatured alcohol and glycerin.

My diffuser bottle is empty, what should I do?

Did you know we have refills available? You can purchase a refill bottle for your diffuser (in a scent of your choice) in 100, 250 or 500ml)

Can I add water or Oil to my Diffuser to make it last longer?

We don't recommend adding anything to your diffuser oil. Our oils and bases are blended using the required measurements to produce the scent. Water will cause the oils to seperate.

Are the diffuser oils tested on animals?

Of course not! We love animals and do not test any oils on animals. Our suppliers are certified by the soil association.

Can I use the diffuser oil on my skin

No, the oils in the reed diffusers contain denatured alcohol and should not be used on your skin. If you get the product on your skin or eyes, please wash off immediately.

What wax do you use in your Aromatherapy Candles?

All of our candles are made with soy wax. We add our essential oil fragrances to the soy wax.

How long should I burn my Aromatherapy candle for?

The first time you light your candle, we recommend letting it burn for at least 2 hours to ensure an even wax.

What is an Aromatherapy Candle?

An Aromatherapy candle is a candle that has been made with essential oils as opposed to fragrance oils.

I love my Crystal Candle Jar, Can I get a wax refill?

Yes, Wax Refills can be ordered on our website and you can clean out your candle jar and fill it with your refill.

How long does my Aromatherapy candle burn for?

Our candles have an average burn time of 25-30 hours.

Shipping and Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 4 business days to receive your order. It could be with you before this but it depends on our delivery partner.

Who will be delivering my order?

We send all our products with Evri. You will receive tracking information when your delivery is ready.

How much are your delivery charges?

For orders over £30, delivery is free. For orders under this amount, a standard £5 charge applies.

I am having issues with my delivery, who do I contact?

Who we are

Where are the products made

All of our products are handmade in the UK. We are based in Bedfordshire and our essential oils are supplied by a British company. We aim to keep as local as possible.

Are all your products eco-friendly?

We are continuously making improvements. All our packaging can be recycled and we only sell our refills in glass bottles. This year we will taking big steps to remove all plastic from our products and move towards sustainability.
