Delivery Time

Delivery time varies according to how many orders are currently being processed. As a general rule, orders are shipped within one to two days.

Overseas Delivery

International Shipping Disclaimer

Due to the complexity of customs authorities in some countries, shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which might cause unexpected shipment delays. Amelia Amour accepts no responsibility for delays, import duties, taxes, or confiscations of any products by customs inspectors or other personnel. Neither do we guarantee delivery time whenever custom delays occur. However, we will try to deliver your order to you with maximum effort.

Damage

If you discover damage that has occurred during shipping, please notify us IMMEDIATELY (within 2 days of receipt of your order). We will require photographic proof of the damage before arranging for a replacement to be shipped over to you. We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, and damage is an extremely rare occurrence.

Returns
