One of the easiest ways to benefit from aromatherapy is to use a diffuser to help spread essential oils into the air - one very simple and long lasting way is through the use of a Reed Diffuser.

'Serenity' - Neroli (De-Stress)

This very calming and relaxing blend creates a feeling of happiness and warmth. It is very good to counter physical and nervous exhaustion, stress-related problems and anxiety.

It is suitable for very small children, helping them to calm down and sleep better.

Key ingredients: Neroli, Cedarwood, Rose & Bergamot Essential oils.

With reed sticks or flower, remove the cap and carefully pour the contents into your existing diffuser bottle before inserting the reeds, flower or if you wish, both together. Allow 24 hours for the fragrance to fill the room with scent. Please bear in mind that using the reeds & flower together in one container will naturally increase the use of scent in the container. Should you wish to replace your flower as a result of natural wear, then these can be ordered individually.
